Infatuation feels like “I want you to be mine”. Love feels like “I want you to be well.”

You lose control of your body. You lose control of your mind. You lose control of your emotions. I feel like being an emotional person isn’t supposed to have a negative connotation. It’s not being emotionally unstable, extreme, dependent, etc. Instead, I think being an emotional person is achieving emotional maturity. It’s mastering your emotions where you can identify, feel, and react maturely instead of being excessively controlled by your emotions.
