We all have visions of a future we believe we’re destined to create.
And the natural next step after having a big idea is finding a path to get there.
Some plan. A map. A sequence of steps that will magically carry us there.
But I watched a video this week that reminded me of a better way.
A way most creators avoid because it’s uncomfortable, but one that will get you closer to your wildest dreams today.
And it’s this….
You don’t “find” a path.
You generate one by moving. By taking action.
Clarity is not waiting for you in the distance.
Clarity is hiding inside the thing you’re avoiding.
You only gain clarity through contact.
You only get direction through motion.
Every future we desire is behind a door labeled “Resistance” and the work we avoid contains our evolution.
If you’re nervous because it’s too weird, too honest, too simple, too ambitious, that feeling is often where your actual path lives.
Resistance tells you where to go and where to grow. So going through that resistance is your unique path.
And I’m warning you…your path of resistance begins with confusion. But that confusion is actually important.
Confusion is the fog before the revelation. Confusion is the mind rewiring itself in real time.
Your present confusion is usually the first step toward having clarity in the future.
Because what feels like “being lost” now is often synchronicity happening beneath your consciousness.
Threads weaving that you can’t see yet.
The path only reveals itself backwards.
You only recognize the pattern after you’ve walked through the chaos.
You only understand the meaning after you’ve moved through the mess.
So walk into your weird. Walk into your honesty. Walk into your fear.
Because creators who wait for the perfect path never create one.
While creators who walk forward create the path they were seeking.
Stop searching for your path.
It's right here.
Stay creative,
