Think about how we use the word love.
We say, "Yes, I love you, but I also love pizza," but I noticed that you can list all the reasons you love pizza, yet you can't list all the reasons you love your partner. Especially since your love for your partner is constantly evolving.
So for me, true love is found in the unexplainable.
Since the dawn of humanity, we've been trying to explain love using the most abstract thing we have—art.
We write poems about it when we want it, have it, and lose it. We create dances around the way it moves through our souls. We made countless pieces of music—and there's countless more to come—that resonates with people globally because they feel the same thing, too. We throw paint at a canvas hoping that it will reveal the truth about what makes so much sense deep down within us.
Love is a powerful word. So, let's not toss the word around for things we can find synonyms for.
"I love you, and I enjoy the taste of pizza."
